Wayne and I were very close friends. I have a lot of good memories of him as we grew up together from grade school through high school in Lawrence. We attended Harrison Hill Elementary where Jan McClain and Karen Hall were classmates of ours also. Wayne loved music and played the drums in different bands. He drowned in an accident in Tampa Bay where he lived. I miss Wayne and Jan and Karen very much. In loving memory of all classmates who have passed away too early, Mike Sanders
